Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin
This just could not be simpler! You don't even need to brown the tenderloin before you put it in the slow-cooker. Nice Asian-ish flavor on the sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of pork tenderloin
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons of yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 Shallot chopped
Directions
Turn crock pot on to low
In large measuring cup add all the ingredients for the marinade and whisk
Place tenderloin in crock pot and pour marinade over it
Cook on low for about 4 hours
Slice and serve pouring the juices over the meat
Recommended but not necessary: turn the pork twice to ensure even cooking at 2 hours and 4 hours, pouring the juices all over
