Tuna and Noodle Casserole
This may be the first thing I ever cooked and it is still a favorite of mine! I remember my mother making it too. I always have 2 helpings. There is nothing here not to like. I love it. Period.

Anything - white or red - it doesn't matter.
Ingredients
- 2 6-oz. cans white meat tuna, packed in water
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup(Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 6 ounces medium egg noodles(1/2 of a 12-ounce package), cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
- 4-6 oz. mushrooms, sauteed in butter
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, tuna, soup and mushrooms.
Transfer to a baking dish, and top with 1 cup cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
