Sausage and Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) prebaked thin pizza crust
- mushrooms
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 (7-oz.) package fully-cooked light breakfast sausage links, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- ½ cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded reduced-fat Italian cheese blend
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet.
2. Set a sieve over a bowl; add the tomatoes and drain.
3. Spoon the tomatoes over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the rim. Top with the sausage and mushrooms and sprinkle evenly with the cheeses. Bake until the crust is browned on the bottom and the cheeses are melted. 8-10 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges.
